Your special day is important to us and we pride ourselves in providing a truly personal experience. To ensure complete exclusivity we offer  a maximum of 1 wedding per day. We also offer the option to extend to a  day 2 with our promise of continued exclusive use of the venue.

Your reception ceremony will be located in our beautiful canvas stretch tent, which offers a relaxed atmosphere.  The welcome reception will include the option of  freshly brewed tea and coffee, scones, canapes,  bottled beer and prosecco.

Following the welcome reception guests will be guided to the wedding marquee. Our marquee is decorated in a beautiful  ivory draping and fabric ceiling with a warm lush carpet. At night the festoon lighting, chandeliers and evening firepits create an unforgettable, star lit, festival style wedding atmosphere. Table centrepieces will include cherry blossoms and floating candles offering an eloquent setting.

Our well-equipped private kitchen caters to your every request from a gourmet BBQ style or Pig On A Spit menu to a 4-course wedding banquet. We also offer recommendations for photographers, entertainment, car hire, cakes and accommodation. We are happy to help you bring your ideas and dreams to life.

An experienced wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to guide you through the process and your special day spaceman.

All in all, we want you to feel some ‘ownership’ of your big day, and would encourage you  to have as much (or as little!) input as you’d like regarding timings, decor, food, running order etc.

Boyne River Farm caters for Civil Ceremonies, Civil Partnerships, Humanist Ceremonies and Blessings which take place in various locations on our estate. Ceremonies can be held 7 days a week.

There is a charge of €300.00 to hold an outdoor ceremony at Boyne River Farm.  For further information on procedures please see the official government website www.groireland.ie.  The HSE holds ceremonies Monday-Friday only.

For weekend ceremonies, a Religious or Secular Solemniser is required.

The menu options, which also include pig on a spit, have been meticulously designed by our Director, Jonathan, with over 10 years of wedding catering experience, in conjunction with our team of chefs. Our menus cater for all taste buds  and dietary requirements. Pig On A Spit Catering continues to become increasingly popular both for the actual Wedding Day or for an extended party on the next day, a memorable addition to the occasion.  A pig on a spit wedding ensures you and your guests  receive not only the highest quality food and service, but is also a unique experience and memory you and your guests will fondly remember.
